Medical Insurance
Physiotherapy treatment can be claimed through private health insurance policies. Our physiotherapists are registered with all major health insurance companies eg. Cigna, Simply Health, Pru Health, Aviva etc. In some instances Sports Massage is covered by private health policies, but please check your policy first. We recommend that you contact your insurance company before starting treatment to enquire:
- Whether a medical referral is necessary
- Whether you are liable to pay an excess
- Whether there is any restriction on the number of treatments allowed
- Whether there is any limit on the amount that can be claimed
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment then please inform us as soon as possible. Failure to attend without prior notice or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance may result in you still being charged for the treatment.
